Five Major Problems Common To Loader Maintenance

When working on a small loader, we often encounter some common problems. Today, Mingyu Heavy Industry will help you analyze common problems and causes:

1. The whole machine works normally, the oil temperature is high, the output power is insufficient, and there is aluminum foam in the shifting oil.

The cause of the failure:

The oil return filter is clogged, the mechanical oil radiator is blocked, the oil return line is not smooth, the bearing is damaged, and the torque converter is worn by three wheels.

elimination method:

Clean the filter element or replace the filter element, replace the radiator, clean and unblock the oil lines, replace the bearings, replace the three wheels and adjust the gap.

2. What is going on at low speed or high speed?

The cause of the failure:

If the control part is too large or the tie rod is improperly adjusted, the sliding sleeve and the high and low speed gears are worn out, the meshing amount is too small, the gap between the high and low speed gear bushings and the output shaft is too large, the shift fork is deformed or the fork shaft positioning spring is broken.

elimination method:

Adjust the relevant tie rod clearance, replace the damaged sliding sleeve and gear, replace the gear bushing and adjust the clearance, replace or repair the shift fork, and replace the spring.

3. During normal driving, the loader suddenly has no steering, and the steering wheel can be easily rotated.

The cause of the failure:

The steering cylinder piston is detached or the steering column and the steering connector sleeve are broken or damaged.

elimination method:

Replace the steering cylinder.

4. When the brake pedal is running to the end, the brake suddenly fails. What is the reason?

The cause of the failure:

The main pump seal of the afterburner is damaged or turned over. There is no brake fluid in the main pump of the afterburner, no brake air pressure, the brake pipe is severely broken or the pipe joint is disconnected.

elimination method:

Replace the pumping damaged seal, add the brake fluid to the standard value, drain the air in the oil passage, and replace the damaged brake pipe.

5. After the gearbox is in neutral or geared, the shifting pressure is low and the whole machine is weak.

The cause of the failure:

The transmission oil in the gearbox is not enough, the transmission oil pan filter is clogged, the travel pump is damaged, the volumetric efficiency is low, the pressure reducing valve or the inlet pressure valve adjusts the pressure improperly, and the suction pump suction pipe is aged or severely demolition.

elimination method:

Add the hydraulic oil in the gearbox to the neutral position of the oil mark at idle speed, replace the travel pump, replace or clean the filter screen, re-adjust the pressure to within the specified range, and replace the oil pipe.
